Before you close the grill down for the season, give this fun end-of-summer recipe a try! I was browsing through the September issue of Better Homes and Gardens magazine and I came across a recipe for Honey-Sriracha Grilled Chicken thighs.. YUM! The best part? You only need 5 ingredients! All you need is 6 tbsp sriracha sauce, 2 tbsp. honey, 8 bone-in chicken thighs (skinned), 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice, 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro. Now that you know what you need, here’s what to do with all of those ingredients. Quoted from Better Homes and Gardens Magazine “1. Whisk together 2 tbsp. or sriracha sauce and honey; set aside. Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag; add remaining sriracha sauce and lime juice. Seal; turn bag to coat chicken. Let stand for 15 minutes. 2. Grill chicken on greased rack of a covered gas or charcoal grill directly over medium heat 30 to 35 minutes or until done (170’F), turning 3 or 4 times. 3. Transfer chicken to a platter; brush with sriracha-honey mixture. Cover; let stand 5 minutes. Top with cilantro. Makes 4 servings” . Add a side salad or some grilled veggies and you’re good to go!
I know I’ll be trying this recipe, but I wanted to share it here, too! Try it and let us know what you think!
